Our Order Process
We have tried to keep our site and order procedure as simple as possible, if you are still unsure about ordering online you can take the following steps.
Select a product
You can select products from our home page, or from our top menu bar which is present on every page.
Detailed Product Information
After selecting a product you will find more details about it on its individual page. From these detail pages you can order or personalise your product.
Designing your labels
To personalise your products follow the steps to the design page. Depending on the product type, you can choose the colour, your font size and enter up to 2 lines of text.
When happy, select the package quantity you’d like to add to your shopping basket.
When you add a product to your basket, a summary page will appear. Confirm that you wish to add your item to the basket.
You will now arrive at your shopping basket. From here you can click “Continue shopping” (if you have more items to add) or complete your order. If you have received a discount code, please enter it on this page. Apply the coupon to see the updated pricing. When happy, click Place your Order to proceed.
Placing your Order
If you already have an account with us you can simply log in with your email address and password. Your saved address and shipping information will now be populated.
If you are not registered with us, you can enter your information on this page.
Creating an Account
How did you find our site? We appreciate your feedback! This way we can monitor our efforts. If you are giving the labels as a present to someone, you can write a personal message on this page. This will be sent with the labels.
Last step: check your order
On this page you will see your order with all the details like sending/billing address, the labels you’ve ordered, the icons etc. Please check the spelling again on the labels. This is your chance to correct any mistakes! By confirming your order and checking our conditions you will go to the next page where the payment is done.
We have built in this last step specifically to let you see what’s on your labels and to create a last time to correct any changes on the labels before they will be printed. We also find it important to inform you about our conditions.
On this page you will see how you can pay for our products. All our payments go through a secure payment company. We will send you an order confirmation by email. We will also let you know by email when we have received your payment and when we will ship the order to you.
On this page you can choose your payment method. If you choose money transfer you will receive an email with in it the payment details. If you choose credit card you will have to supply your details on the next page.
