Shopping safe
For the security of your data during the ordering process we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This encrypts the information exchange between you and our site during the online ordering process and makes the information unreadable for third parties. This means you can rest assured that your payment details are also secured.
SSL is recognisable by the following points on your screen: the letters HTTPS, the green address bar and the lock at the back of the browser
Secure payment
For the payment of your order we use an external internet checkout. We have chosen Ingenico Payments. They specialise in secure payment on the internet. In concrete terms, this means that Neatlynamed does not have any payment data from you as this all goes through Ingenico Payments. You can pay in the following ways: Debit/Credit card (Mastercard / Visa), PayPal and via one-off bank transfers. A payment via a one-off transfer takes longer and does not immediately receive the status 'paid‘, which can result in a delay in your order.
Label viewer
Our label design system allows you to see an instant preview of your design on the screen. This is to give you an idea of what the final product will look like. Please note however, the colours on your screen may differ from the final product, because screens display in RGB and print works in CMYK.
.Shipping costs
For shipments to addresses within GCC our shipping costs are AED 20. The costs for shipping to the our side of GCC is AED 40+.
Shipment
We will deliver your order toyour door step using DHL express service no later than 2 working days after payment. If you order before 12:00 on workdays and we have received your payment, your order will go with the mail the same day! You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we take your order into production. You can expect your order within a few days. Orders to GCC take 3-5 days on average, according to experience. Shipments to rest of the world take an average of 6-10 days.

Your order will fit through the mailbox, so you do not have to stay at home to wait for your order
Right of withdrawal
Non-personalised products can be returned to us within 14 days. Please inform us in advance via e-mail ([email protected]). You do not have to pay the shipping costs. The repayment of the amount due is repaid within 30 days.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Products which have been personalised are not eligible for return. You can only cancel your order if your order has not yet been paid.
